泗水，叫苏腊巴亚Surabaya更好听一点。作为印尼的第二大城市，比雅加达多了一份悠闲和清净，很多荷兰殖民时期的建筑遗留改造的酒店、咖啡馆，更有历史的韵味。打开谷歌地图，会发现很多有特色的咖啡馆，而且价格感人。这家叫TAC的咖啡烘焙店成立于2014，以爪哇的阿拉比卡豆子为主，两杯手冲才人民币35元左右，卡片上还有二维码的详细说明，一边喝一边了解工艺和风味，喝到喜欢的再买100-200克带走。我喜欢一款叫Kenta的豆子，甜龙眼，李子，白葡萄酸度，多汁而轻盈。
